DAY TRIP TO MALINDI
These guided tour takes you to the top attractions in Malindi. Malindi is around a 2.5hrs drive from Mombasa. Your driver/guide will pick you at agreed location/hotel in Mombasa at 6am for the trip to Malindi and Watamu. If you are starting your trip in Malindi, your driver/guide will pick you at 8:00 a.m at agreed location.
In Malindi you will visit the Gedi ruins and Fort Jesus historic sites.

ITINERARY
In Malindi we start by visiting the Gede Ruins, a historic site for a one and a half hours tour by an experienced guide .You will also be entertained by a Mijikenda dance performance
Thereafter with guidance from your driver/guide you will have lunch.
In the afternoon you will visit the Vasco deGama Pillar tour combined with a tour of the first Catholic Church in Malindi and the Malindi Museums then a brief tour of Malindi town.
At around 5pm we will have a brief stop at a supermarket in case you need to purchase something and then depart for Mombasa.
On arrival your driver/guide will drop you at your hotel/agreed location.
